Cuddles and Care Too are open between 8:00am and 6:00pm for 51 weeks of the year, closing for bank holidays and a week over Christmas. We offer full day (8am-6pm), morning and afternoon sessions which are 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm, although we will always try to be flexible to your needs.

 

We opened in 2010 and have two sections within our setting; Jelly Tots upstairs and the Jelly Beans downstairs. Our Jelly Tots area consists of three play rooms, changing facilities and a cot room. The children in Jelly Tots are aged from three months to two. Our Jelly Beans room consists of two play rooms, toilets, nappy changing facilities; the children in Jelly Beans are aged two to five. We also have a back garden that the children access everyday come rain or shine :)

 

We currently have two year and three year government funded spaces available as well as private childcare spaces in the Jelly Tots room and a small amount of spaces in Jelly Beans room. Please feel free to come and have a look around.

 

We have two managers; Penny and Sophie, one of which is always on site to support the staff, giving them a hand if needed, answer any questions parent’s may have and to give general advice.

We also have an on-site chef who prepares and cooks a wide variety of yummy meals and home made banana and fruit upside-down cake. We recently renewed our menu to provide more nutritious meals and snacks. Our menu rotates on a three weekly basis and changes between halfway through the year a summer and winter menu.

 

We are working alongside the NHS and have been trained as Oral Health Champions; we encourage our children to clean their teeth after meal times with individual toothbrushes and toothpaste that we provide.
