Penny- Preschool Owner

 Penny began her journey opening Cuddles and Care in 2005 alongside her sister Jayne and her mum Gail. She then went on to manage the sister site along with Sophie until it merged with Cuddles and Care Day Nursery LTD. Penny now manages The Crescent Preschool alongside Becca and Stacey. 

 

​Becca- Manager

Becca began her journey with us in 2014 as a practitioner, progressing to room lead and then Deputy Manager. 

In 2023, she became our Preschool Manager. She has always wanted to make a difference in children's lives and with her caring nature, has helped keep the company's home-from-home atmosphere thriving. 

 

 

 

                           Stacey- Deputy Manager

Stacey started her journey with us in 2017 as a practitioner. She quickly took on a natural role of room lead, building fantastic relationships with all of our families. In 2023, Stacey was given the opportunity to become Deputy Manager. She has always been a huge part of our family.
