Gemma- Manager
Gemma become part of the Cuddles and Care family in 2018 as a Baby Room practitioner. Gemma's hard work and dedication let her to become room leader and, since, 2020, a manager. Gemma's caring approach helps makes our nursery feel like home.
Elouise- Deputy Manager
Elouise started her journey with us in 2018 as a Baby Room apprentice. Elouise grew into Baby Room lead Role and, in 2023, stepped up as our deputy Manager, supporting both staff and families. Elouise's passion for early years education shines through in everything she does.
Jayne- Nursery Owner
Jayne opended Cuddles and Care in 2005 after her childminding business grew beyond her home! Jayne also owns The Crescent Preschool, our sister setting. Jayne is committed to creating a nurturing, family- like enviroment for every child.
Sophie- Manager and SENCO
Sophie joined Cuddles and Care in 2006 as a Toddler Room manager. Sophie later managed our sister site before both settings merged. Sophie has been working alongside Gemma and Elouise for over a year, bringing warmth and experience to Cuddles and Care. Sophie is a passionate advocate for inclusion with a strong background in special educational needs.
